Abajo son las etapas del proceso:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Le pediremos completar el <a href=\"https:\/\/artim.ca\/es\/solicitud-de-contrato\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">formulario de solicitud de servicio<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Compartir los documentos con nosotros por medio de un portal seguro (le enviaremos instrucciones espec\u00edficas al respecto). Deber\u00e1 compartir la solicitud completa tal como planea presentarla al gobierno canadiense, seg\u00fan las instrucciones vigentes correspondientes publicadas por el gobierno federal o por las autoridades provinciales, seg\u00fan el caso.<\/li>\n<li>Completar el pago.<\/li>\n<li>Recibir el informe por escrito. Revisaremos la solicitud dentro de los 3 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles y prepararemos un informe escrito con nuestros comentarios y sugerencias para mejorar la solicitud. Los 3 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles se calcular\u00e1n desde el momento en que nuestra oficina reciba el pago y todos los documentos a revisar. El expediente ser\u00e1 revisado una sola vez. No se incluye una segunda revisi\u00f3n de los documentos despu\u00e9s de los eventuales cambios siguiendo los The Consultant will review the application within 3 business days and prepare a written report about all comments and suggestions that may improve the application. The revision service is no guarantee of approval as the final decision is at the discretion of the Canadian government.<br \/>\n5. The employees and consultants of Martineau & Mindicanu Inc. are not considered to be a third party for the purpose of this agreement.<br \/>\n8. The Consultant will work on Client's file together with the employees of Martineau & Mindicanu Inc. and with Mihaela Mindicanu, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, member no. R415695. The final report will be sent to the Client by Mihaela Mindicanu and the Client will be in communication with her for any questions regarding the comments made by the consultants.<br \/>\n9. The file will be reviewed only once, in its final version, as the client plans to present it to the government. A second revision of the documents after the Client made eventual changes following the advice received from the consultants is not included.<br \/>\n10. In the eventuality of questions about how to prepare the file, before the revision service is performed, the Client can schedule a personalized consultation.<br \/>\n11. Consultant fees are only and solely for the counseling services and do not include fees charged by the government, nor third parties.<br \/>\n12. The present agreement is not a representation agreement and is limited to the revision of the documents provided by the Client.<br \/>\n13. The Consultant will not be responsible for the performance of any duties that are not mentioned in the present agreement.<br \/>\n14. The Client agrees to pay the Consultant the sum of $1,200 (one thousand two hundred) Canadian dollars upon the signature of the present agreement. If the Client is residing in Canada when the service is rendered, taxes apply according to the Canadian law.<br \/>\n15. No reimbursement is possible once the service is rendered. Should the Client request a reimbursement before the service is rendered, a $350 administrative fee will apply.<br \/>\n16. As the context may require, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; words importing the masculine shall include the feminine gender and vice versa;<br \/>\n17. The Client is advised that the Consultant is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and as such, is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Conduct (https:\/\/college-ic.ca\/protecting-the-public\/code-of-professional-conduct?l=en-US), and associated Regulations. In the event of a dispute related to the Code of Professional Conduct, the Client and Consultant are to make every effort to resolve the matter between the two parties. In the event a resolution cannot be reached, the Client is to present the complaint in writing to the Consultant and allow the Consultant 21 calendar days to respond to the Client. In the event the dispute is still unresolved, the Client may follow the complaint and discipline procedure outlined by the College on their website (https:\/\/college-ic.ca\/protecting-the-public\/complaints-process). In the event the Client is unable to contact the Consultant and has reason to believe the Consultant may be dead, incapacitated or otherwise unable to fulfill his duties, the Client should contact the College.<br \/>\n18. These terms and conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec, Canada and any dispute in respect to the application or interpretation of the present agreement, or in any other way emerging from or related to the present agreement, shall be heard exclusively by an authority of the Province of Quebec, Canada.<br \/>\n20.
